Industrial equipment has a reputation for being complex, intimidating, and requiring specialized training. The YM130 semi-automatic desktop round bottle labeling machine was designed to break that pattern. Its icon-driven HMI color touchscreen, foot-pedal trigger, tool-free mechanical adjustments, and plug-and-play electrical setup make it accessible to operators with no prior labeling machine experience—while its PLC control core and precision engineering deliver the labeling quality that experienced production managers expect.

The YM130 ships in a 1-5 cm thick plywood crate measuring 75 × 55 × 75 cm. Using basic tools (screwdriver or pry bar), the crate is opened and the machine is lifted out. At 45 kg net weight, two people can comfortably move the machine onto a workbench. No forklift, no rigging, no special handling equipment required.
Place the YM130 on a sturdy workbench or table at a comfortable working height. The machine's leveling feet adjust to compensate for uneven surfaces. Position within reach of a standard 220V electrical outlet. No compressed air line, no water connection, no exhaust ventilation needed.
Plug into the outlet. Turn on the main power switch. The PLC runs a self-test; the HMI touchscreen displays the home screen within seconds. The machine is ready to configure.
Mount the label roll on the unwind mandrel. Thread the label web around the guide rollers and over the peel plate. Wrap the liner around the take-up spool. The open, accessible label path makes threading intuitive—no enclosed channels, no hidden guides, no threading tools required.
Using the HMI touchscreen:
The first bottle labeled after setup is typically acceptable. 2–3 test bottles are sufficient to verify settings.
Total time from unboxing to first production label: 35–50 minutes for a first-time user following the included video instructions.
The operator develops a natural rhythm: right hand removes the finished bottle and sets it aside, left hand places the next blank bottle, foot taps the pedal. At this sustained pace, labeling rates of 20–30 bottles per minute are typical.

The color touchscreen presents an icon-based interface. Operators adjust settings by touching clearly labeled buttons—no cryptic parameter codes, no keyboard commands, no programming syntax. Common adjustments (speed, label position, product selection) are accessible from the home screen.
Once a product is configured, its complete parameter set is saved by name on the HMI. When that product is run again—next week, next month, next year—the operator selects its name from the list and all settings load automatically. No recalibration, no remeasuring, no trial-and-error adjustment.
The product gap (the space between guide rails that positions the bottle) adjusts via a hand knob. No tools, no wrenches, no loosening and retightening of bolts. The peel plate is accessible for cleaning without disassembly.
The foot pedal trigger is the YM130's key ergonomic feature. The operator's hands are dedicated entirely to product handling—placing the bottle, pressing the label tail, removing the finished bottle. No reaching for a button or pulling a lever interrupts the workflow rhythm.
The YM130 is fully self-contained. No air compressor to drain, no pneumatic filters to change, no water separator to empty, no conveyor belt to track and tension. The only consumable is the label roll. The only routine maintenance task is cleaning the peel plate.
Q: I have never used a labeling machine before. Can I really learn to operate the YM130 in 30 minutes?
A: Yes. The YM130 was designed for first-time labeling machine users. The included training videos walk through every step—unboxing, setup, label loading, product configuration, and production operation. If you can use a smartphone, you can operate the YM130's touchscreen. Most new users are labeling product within 30–45 minutes of opening the crate.
Q: What if I make a mistake and the label position is wrong?
A: Label position can be adjusted on the HMI touchscreen in 1 mm increments while the machine is stopped. Adjust the offset value, run a test bottle, and confirm. There is no risk of damaging the machine or wasting more than one test label during adjustment.
Q: Does the machine need to be calibrated periodically?
A: The YM130 maintains its calibration through normal use. The PLC-controlled label feed and roller system do not drift over time. The most common cause of apparent "drift" is adhesive buildup on the peel plate—which is resolved by the daily cleaning routine. No periodic professional calibration is required.
Q: Can multiple operators use the same YM130?
A: Yes. Because each product's parameters are stored by name on the HMI, any operator can recall the correct settings for any product without knowing the numerical values.
Q: What support do you provide if I have trouble setting up the YM130?
A: Three levels of support: (1) The included printed manual and USB training videos cover most questions. (2) Email support with photo/video attachment for specific questions. (3) Live video-call support (WhatsApp, WeChat, Zoom) where our engineer sees your machine in real time and guides you step by step. Remote support is available during our business hours; urgent support requests receive same-day response.
Q: Do you offer on-site setup assistance?
A: On-site setup and training is available in countries with local service presence (USA, Australia, Thailand, South Korea) at additional cost. For most customers, the included training videos and remote video support are sufficient.
