Automatic Laundry Detergent Dish Washing Liquid Gel Hand Soap Bottle Filling Capping Machine

This machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, health care industries 100-1000ml plastic (glass) bottle filling capping, such as alcohol ,hand soap,oral liquid, topical agent, syrup, vaccine, nails water etc.
 
It adopts 4 nozzles piston type filling, rotating plate positioning capping method. No bubble, no spill. Filling accurate, good performance, easy to maintain and operate.
 
It is advised to choose dust cover, servo motor or cylinder stainless steel pump.
 
 

Functions:

1.Adopt stainless steel pump in common use in special use to fill high precision, large range of adjusting dosage.

2.Use frequency converting control, easy to adjust conveyor and capping speed.

3. Machine use PLC and HMI control,  can display the production state, operation procedures and filling ways, tableau objective, operation simple and maintenance convenient

5. Filling nozzles is diving into bottle to fill and moving up slowly, avoid bubbling.

6. Automatic feeding cap and pressing or screwing cap tighten..

7.Filling and capping are in one body of bottle to the machine, economical and low space possessing.

8.Machine body is made by 304 stainless steel, easy to clean, machine is full compliance with GMP requirements.
