Function:
1, This kind labeling machine has one or two labeling heads, customized covneyor ( standard is 2m, 200mm width), label pressing brush and sponge roller on conveyor, sticker label applicator, control system and electric appliance cabinet. SS304 and aluminum profile machine frame, machine can use alone or connect with filling packing line use.
2, Machine has PLC and HMI system control,opertation easily, 20 units parameter setting and save. Normal is English language in HMI, we can put other language as buyer requirements.
3, Long-time using (7×24hour), Fast labeling speed and high labeling accuracy.
4, Automatic stop when label breaks down or runs out, malfunction self-testing and display with alarm.
5, All components are precisely processed by CNC to ensure high quality. Electrical configurations are big international brand, such as Simens, Mitsubishi, WEINVIEW, Delta, Yaskawa, Keyence, Omron, SMC and so on.
