The automatic square bottle labeling machine can apply adhesives or self-adhesive labels to various square containers, from small glass bottles to larger tin cans made of most materials (such as PVC, PET, ceramics, etc.)
Function:
1. Machine stuiable for big size flat bottle and drum two sides labeling, such as ＞5L bottle, big can, carton, food container, box, medicine, daily chemical industry and so on.
2, PLC and HMI control panel with easy operation, many units parameter setting and save. Famous servo / stepper motor is adopted to achieve close-loop control and meet high speed and high precision positioning.
3. Label break down or runs out machine will stop, Malfunction self-testing and display with alarm. Pressing belt and the host gear are connected to guarantee absolute synchronization of the two conveyor belts without any adjustment.
4. Machine can use alone or connect with filling capping packing line use.
