Automatic capping machine is flexible, durable and works with most containers and caps including flat caps, sport caps, metal lids and many others.The machine has practicability in field of pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, foodstuff etc. It is real ideal equipment for bottle screw capping, also applied to seal aluminum cap, the ft proof cap, screw-thread cap, ROPP cap etc. It's built on a heavy duty, tig welded, stainless steel frame with anodized aluminum plate construction to provide durability in almost any packaging environment. The modular design lets you start with just a cap tightener and easily add capabilities when you need them.
FUNCTION:
1. Adopt agile module combination, new ideal design, suit to various bottle and cap-rotating.
2. No need to change parts for different size bottle and cap, easily adjustment, motor control mainframe up-down, adjust in touch screen.
3. Three group capping consist of first rotating and re-rotating the degree of moment may be adjusted singly. Ensure that will be tight. The machine has clutch to avoid the cap over- rotating.
4. Two sets of bottle nipping and annular belt structure, Good effect for some bottles erecting unsteadily.
5. Cap arranging part, conveying part, cap-rotating, belt for bottle, nipping, all of speed can be governing separately, which is more utility.

| The Manufacturer shall guarantee the goods are made of Manufacturer’s best materials, with first class workmanship, brand new, unused and correspond in all respects with the quality, specification and performance as stipulated in this Contract. Quality guarantee period is within 12 months from B/L date. The Manufacturer would repair the contracted machines free of charge during the quality guarantee period. If the break-down can be due to the improper use or other reasons by the Buyer, the Manufacturer will collect repair parts cost. |
